How We Collect Reviews
MAMO Property does not edit, pay for, or selectively showcase reviews. Our process is straightforward:
- Every completed transaction or rental stay generates a platform-side review request (Booking.com, Google, etc.). We do not control whether the guest leaves a review.
- We display the live aggregated rating on this page, updated monthly from each platform’s public API or scraped count.
- We do not remove negative reviews. If a guest has a complaint, we address it on the platform where it was left and let the platform’s moderation handle any dispute.
- We do not pay for reviews. We do not run paid review-acquisition campaigns that violate platform terms of service.
If you have a complaint that we have not resolved on the platform where it was left, you can email feedback@mamoproperty.com with your booking reference. We respond within 48 hours.

Why doesn’t MAMO have a Trustpilot profile?
Trustpilot is a paid platform for businesses to actively claim and manage their profile. We are currently evaluating whether to invest in a Trustpilot presence. In the meantime, we lean on Google, Booking.com, Yandex, Facebook, and TripAdvisor — all of which are free for verified buyers and guests to leave reviews on, and all of which have stricter moderation than Trustpilot.
Can I leave a review for MAMO Property?
Yes — if you have bought a property through us, rented from us, or stayed in a MAMO-managed holiday apartment, you can leave a review on whichever platform is most relevant. For property purchases, the most common platforms are Google Business (Hurghada office) and Facebook. For holiday rentals, Booking.com and TripAdvisor are the main review channels.
Do you remove negative reviews?
No. We respond to negative reviews on the platform where they were left, but we do not request removal unless the review violates the platform’s terms (e.g. is from a non-customer, contains hate speech, or is factually wrong about a verifiable fact).
