Who can join
- Joining is free — no upfront fee, no monthly commitment.
- You must be an independent freelancer. Developers and appointed agents are not eligible.
- The commission is separate from the developer commission MAMO earns — it never comes out of it.
- Minimum payout is EGP 500 per month, paid in Egyptian pounds.

Important: the commission is paid when the deal closes and the buyer actually purchases — not for a lead, not for a message. Discounting the price is strictly forbidden: our prices always match the developer’s.
