Architecture and Design
The published imagery shows a contemporary mid-rise residential building using a restrained palette – stone cladding, framed window openings, and screened balconies. The architect’s accompanying note is about coherence of proportion and the relationship between openings rather than applied ornament. On a 400 square metre plot the building is likely organised as a small number of larger apartments rather than many studios, which is the pattern the studio has used elsewhere in Hurghada.
